Tinsley's 1st Birthday Party

We decided to wait until the hustle and bustle of Christmas and the New Year was over to have Tinsley's birthday party.  I am so glad we did.  It worked out perfect!  So many of our family and friends were able to attend which made the day so special!

The theme was "sweet shop"

We had cupcakes and cake!

Candy, candy and more candy!

Kourtnee made these beautiful cookies in the shape of the number 1.
They were adorable and tasted soooo good!!!

CJ made these adorable and delicous cookies.

CJ also made these amazing cupcakes.

Toby had plenty of help with the cooking.
We had fried catfish, hushpuppies, and french fries.
There were also dips galore!
A special thank you to Alene for making the delicious
tartar sauce and ceviche!

I ordered a banner from etsy documenting the
1st year of Tinsley's life month by month

We put tables in the garage so there would be extra seating

Tinsley was not sure what to think about her
"Ms One-derful" glasses

We had a slide

And of course, a princess bounce castle

This cute cowgirl loved all of her birthday gifts!

Time for cake!

We might have been waiting until Tinsley's
2nd birthday if we had waited for her to blow out the candle!

A few of Tinsley's great-grandparents- Dennis, Grandma and Gramps

Pinata time!  The little ones were not too into it.

All of the kids had a couple of turns and I think
everyone was beginning to worry that the pinata might not come open!

When the pinata FINALLY busted,
these kids had it cleaned up in no time flat!

You have to love Texas weather in January.
Everyone was able to stay and play outside until late in the evening.

Tinsley had a blast at her party.
She went home with Mom Mom and DD
and spent the night after all the fun.

Thanks again to everyone who came to Tinsley's party and helped to make her day so special!!!
