Tinsley's first Texas Rangers game

We took Tinsley to her first Texas Rangers game today.  The Rangers played the Yankees and lost.  We had a great time anyway.  Tinsley had a blast.  She loves watching people and she stayed awake until the very end.  She never wants to miss a thing!

Today happened to be Mother's Day.  I loved getting to spend the day with my sweet little girl.  Last year on Mother's Day was when we told our families we were expecting.  Tinsley, you are our dream come true!  I love being a mom more than I could have ever imagined.

Tinsley is so serious about the game.  Could we have a future pitcher on our hands?  Aunt Whitney and granddad better get READY!!!!

Tired little Ranger

Aunt Whitney and quite a few of our friends went with us to the game.  Tinsley enjoyed relaxing with Aunt Whitney after we made it back home.

The day after the game Tinsley was still pretty worn out.  She took a nice long nap in her swing.

Whitney graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lubbock Christian University today with a degree in accounting.  We are so proud of all that she has accomplished.  Here are a few pics of the graduation and our celebratory dinner.

Rollin, Rollin, Rollin!!!!!

Tinsley rolled over this evening!  We were so excited!  She was not rolling over at her 4 month doctor's appointment and I was a little bit concerned.  Doctor Peck assured me that it was nothing to be concerned about.  Tinsley does not actually spend a lot of time in positions that she can roll over from.  She still sleeps in her nap nanny reclined.  She plays on her back on her activity gym and we do tummy time daily.  She does not really like tummy time, so the incentive to roll from her back to her tummy is not great.  But, it happened this evening and it was perfect timing.  Toby was taking a break from working in the office and we were both in the living room watching her play at her activity gym on her back.  Eagan was laying next to her and she was turning onto her side to look at him(she has been doing this for the past week or so).  Then instead of rolling back to her back, she rolled on over to her tummy.  SO  EXCITING!!!!  I was thrilled that Toby and I both got to see her do it the first time!  Of course, she was immediately ticked off that she was on her stomach J

Ready to roll!

Less than thrilled that we ended up on our tummy

Up and off the floor ready for dinner J

We are so proud of you sweet Tinsley!

Tinsley at Work

Tinsley and I came to Arlington on Saturday to "help" daddy with work.  We are not sure how he was able to get anything done without us!  All kidding aside, it is going better than what we thought it might.  We have been able to stay caught up with work.  We arrived on Saturday and the weather was beautiful!  All that changed by Sunday morning when we woke up.  A front hit late Saturday night and it started raining and hailing.  Tinsley slept right through the hailstorm.  Eagan, however, did not do so well.  Eagan HATES thunder and even hates it when we are in the fifth wheel and it is raining because it is kind of loud.  The rain set in late Saturday night and it was nasty all the way through Monday.  Eagan had Toby and I up quite a bit on Saturday and Sunday nights.  I told Toby it is pretty sad when you have a 4 month old baby, but the dog is the one that keeps you up at night!  Tuesday we woke up to a beautiful day.  We are really enjoying being here and spending time with Toby.  Here is a bit of what Tinsley has been up to.

Resting with daddy

Walking Eagan

Tinsley's favorite part of the exersaucer is the mirror on the backside of the blue toy with the shapes hanging off of it.  She LOVES to look at herself and jabber away.  J

Helping mommy and daddy with paperwork

Swinging in her new bunny swing.  We have a travel swing that we had used when Tinsley was about a month old and we were in Houston with Toby.  Tinsley was no longer too fond of the travel swing(it doesn't swing side to side) and decided not to nap since she didn't have a cradle swing here like at home.  We got here on Saturday and by Monday daddy decided that a new swing would be the perfect investment!!!!

Eagan resting after the rain and hail FINALLY stopped J
